Booking & Confirmation

A booking request becomes confirmed once Lion Peak Experiences has received the required information and payment.

• Guests are responsible for providing accurate booking information.
• Booking confirmation details should be checked carefully.
• Availability is subject to confirmation by Lion Peak Experiences.
• Special requests are subject to availability and confirmation.

Payments

All prices and payment requirements will be communicated during the booking process.

• Bookings may require a deposit or full payment.
• Payment must be completed according to the agreed booking terms.
• Additional services requested after booking may incur additional charges.
• Bank, card, currency conversion or payment provider charges may apply where relevant.

Cancellation & Refunds

Cancellation and refund eligibility depends on how far in advance the cancellation is made.

Changes To Your Experience

We understand that travel plans can change. Where possible, we will try to accommodate reasonable changes to your booking.

• Changes are subject to availability.
• Booking amendments within 14 days before arrival, such as date changes, are subject to availability and may incur a penalty from suppliers, especially hotels.
• Changes may result in additional charges.
• Supplier restrictions may limit the changes that can be made.
• Changes should be requested as early as possible.

Guest Responsibilities

Guests are expected to behave responsibly and respectfully throughout their experience.

• Follow instructions provided by guides, drivers and activity leaders.
• Respect local communities, culture, wildlife and natural environments.
• Take reasonable care of accommodation, vehicles and other property.
• Provide accurate information relevant to your booking.
• Arrive at agreed meeting points and times.

Health & Safety

Certain experiences may involve outdoor activities, uneven terrain, weather conditions, wildlife or other travel-related risks.

• Guests participate in activities at their own reasonable discretion.
• Guests should inform us of relevant requirements that may affect their participation.
• Safety instructions must be followed at all times.
• Activities may be changed, delayed or cancelled where safety conditions require it.

Limitation of Liability

Lion Peak Experiences works with local suppliers, guides, transport providers, accommodation partners and activity operators.

While we take reasonable steps to work with reliable partners, we are not responsible for circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including severe weather, natural events, government restrictions, road closures, strikes, delays or other unforeseen circumstances.

Where appropriate, we will make reasonable efforts to assist guests when unexpected situations affect their experience.

Privacy & Website Use

Information provided during the booking process may be used to arrange and manage your requested travel services.

Guests should not misuse, copy, reproduce or commercially exploit website content, images, branding or other materials belonging to Lion Peak Experiences without prior permission.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the applicable laws of Sri Lanka.

Any disputes will be handled in accordance with the applicable legal procedures and jurisdiction of Sri Lanka.
